Status Checks After a Coaching Application Has Been Submitted

Your coaching application is line for processing once the status says “Pending Internal Review”.  Feel free to log on and show your submit date to your school official.  From that date, expect 1-3 weeks for a new license, 2-4 weeks for a renewal, and 1-3 days for an extension.  All applications and renewals are processed in the order received.  If we can issue a temporary coaching permit, we will do so automatically.  When/if that happens, the applicant will be notified via email. We no longer expedite applications at admin/AD request.  To monitor the progress of your application, keep checking your email and the search for a license page.
