Requirements - First Issuance

Complete the requirements for the initial administrator license and hold an administrator license in the state where the program was completed. Coursework deficiencies were identified after a BoEE transcript evaluation.

Authority

Full administration authority for the grade levels and endorsements listed on the license. Also holds substitute authority including long-term subbing. Cannot perform evaluations unless the evaluator endorsement is listed. 

Extension

Yes - if more time is needed to complete the deficient coursework.

Conversion

Applicants will convert to full licensure once the course deficiencies have been met.
